Production history

JSC “Uralelektromed” is the key European and the Russian only producer of electrolytic copper powders. The company manufactures over 30 grades of high-quality electrolytic copper powders for electrical, engineering and other industries.

Equipment upgrading and operational mode optimization ensure stability of produced powder specifications  and high level of quality. Over the last few years electrolysis, mixing and packing processes were  automated. In 2011 “light” powders production line was revamped so that its capacity was grown up to 170-200 tonnes per month.

Electrolytic copper powders are produced under GOST 4960 and other  technical standards as well as in accordance with specifications agreed with customers. Over 50% of produced powders is exported, part of product is used in-house  for powder articles manufacturing.
